The data controller is PrimeWeb Design (Miguel Lopes, sole trader), reachable at premiwebdesign@gmail.com.
Data collected
Through the quote form we collect name, email, phone (optional), project type, approximate budget (optional) and your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to answer your request and prepare a quote, based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Processors
The form is delivered by the Web3Forms service, which forwards your message to us by email. The website is hosted on Cloudflare.
Retention
If we do not end up working together, we delete your data within 12 months of the last contact.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to premiwebdesign@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese authority CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores, for the session, that you have already seen the intro animation.
