Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website and, where the quote or contract does not say otherwise, to our website, photography and video services.
Quotes
Quotes are fixed and given in writing, with what they include, the price and how long they are valid. A quote is accepted only when you confirm it in writing.
Payments
You pay half when you accept the quote and the other half on delivery of the website, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices include VAT at the legal rate where applicable.
Timelines and changes
The delivery time starts after the photo session and once we have the content you need to send us. Up to three rounds of changes are included; further changes are quoted separately.
Domain and hosting
Domain and hosting are paid separately and registered in your name. We can handle the registration for you if you ask.
Ownership
Once paid in full, the website and the delivered files are yours. The terms of use of the photos and video are those in the contract of each project.
Use of this website
The texts, images and animations on this website belong to PremiWeb Design or are used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent. The website examples shown are our own concepts.
Liability
We do our best to keep the information on this website correct and up to date, but we are not liable for interruptions or for decisions made solely on the basis of it.
Disputes and governing law
Portuguese law applies. For consumer disputes, you can use an alternative dispute resolution body (see Dispute resolution) or the Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações).
